Works like the 'What are you listening to?' thread, but with books. In case that wasn't obvious...

I am currently reading 'Perfume: The Story of a Murderer' by Patrick Süskind.

I'm nearing the end of this

It's available free if you want to check it out. It's very libertarian and talks about the counter-productive and unnecessary regulation of the market by the state. I've found it such a great read so far that I'm going to donate to Jeffrey Tucker.

I've also started to reread The Children of Húrin. It's another book set in Tolkien's Middle Earth. It mostly written by Tolkien however his son(?) has edited it and finished it. It's quite dark. Like all Tolkien books (minus The Hobbit, which is my favourite <3. sorry rambling) it's quite a complex and sometimes grating read but rewarding.
